Microbiology Virtual Patients is innovative medical education app designed in collaboration with Glasgow Medical School to teach students about identifying disease and applying appropriate treatment in a virtual hospital.
The app was created in collaboration with Glasgow Medical School, Scotland (www.gla.ac.uk/schools/medicine/) and adapted from microbiology guidelines derived from Greater Glasgow and Clyde Microbiologists (www.nhsggc.org.uk/) in 2014
Use the app with caution, it is a training tool and not a replacement for clinical judgement. Microbiology guidelines may differ in your area of practice.

Usefull questions with a focus on everyday cases that any young doc encounters. Great app!
More cases would be awesome and i would be totally willing to pay for them.

Some bad moments
Ive been using this app for a few days now. Very informative!
The app has useful information and I really love the dynamic but I wish there was more cases to solve.
Im a second year medical student and this is a great way to review for the boards and prepare for clinical rotations. Please make more cases though!!
Too many spelling/grammar errors constantly making me question the accuracy of medical information. I really enjoy how the cases progress, but some of the questions are miss-keyed.
Great potential, just needs some polishing!
